We deliver orders throughout Greece using the following methods:

● Postal service: 2–4 business days

The shipping method is selected after evaluating the most efficient and cost-effective option, and always in consultation with the customer.

Product Returns – Right of Withdrawal
We understand that online purchases sometimes may not fully meet your expectations, as there is no physical contact with the product before purchase. At www.gikaiidor.gr, we strive to make your shopping experience as transparent and reliable as possible, providing detailed product descriptions and specifications.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in accordance with the following conditions.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date you received your order.
- The packaging must be intact, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the
customer.
Return Procedure
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
- Repack the product securely in a larger box to prevent damage during transport.
- Include a note inside the package stating how you would like the issue resolved (replacement or refund), once the product is verified as eligible for return.
- Ship the parcel using the same method through which you received your order:
○ If delivered by courier, return it via courier.

If delivered via freight company,
return it the same way.
