5. Product Warranties
All products purchased from www.gikaiidor.gr are accompanied by the manufacturer’s warranty. Each product listing specifies the duration of the warranty, and the terms are defined by the manufacturer in the warranty document provided with the product.
If a product malfunctions within its warranty period, please contact us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. In addition, under current European legislation, all products are covered by a minimum two-year legal warranty.
During this period, if you believe a product is defective or does not perform as advertised:
- You may return it to us for inspection.
- The verification will be carried out either by our store or the product’s manufacturer/importer.
- If confirmed as defective due to manufacturing fault, you are entitled to:
○ Repair or replacement of the product,
○ Price reduction, or
○ Contract cancellation and full refund.
- If the product is found to be non-defective, it will be returned to you in its original condition.
When returning a potentially defective product, the shipping costs are initially borne by the customer. If the product is confirmed as defective, our store will reimburse the shipping expenses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law and the applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
